Tucked away in a Folsom subdivision, it truly was a hidden gem. With just three servers, we wore many hats, even picking up produce on our way to work due to our modest size. Over the next decade, our establishment evolved from a cozy wine bar with small plates into a full-service restaurant, renowned for its craft cocktails and elevated cuisine. We expanded our kitchen, welcomed fantastic staff, and forged lasting connections with our incredible customers, sharing in countless special occasions like birthday celebrations and marriage proposals. We are profoundly grateful for the unwavering support of our community.
When the opportunity to relocate to the Palladio presented itself, we eagerly embraced it. The design process was a delight; from sketching our expansive bar to selecting kitchen layouts and crafting distinctive lighting fixtures, we were involved in every detail. Our new location proudly opened in April 2018.
